SUPPORT HEARST WHILE YOU SHOP!

Hearst is now signed up for a number of “pass through” fundraising programs where a percentage of your shopping proceeds from select organizations can be directed back to Hearst. The PTA asks that you sign up for these programs, conduct the shopping that you would ordinarily do, and ensure the Hearst reaps the benefits when you patronize your favorite grocery and other stores. Sign up for each is easy! Here is how:

Harris Teeter Together In Education (TIE) Program
As you shop at Harris Teeter and use your VIC card to buy select quality Harris Teeter items, a % of those purchase dollars is contributed to Hearst.
1) Visit http://www.harristeeter.com/community/together_in_education
2) Click the “Link To Your School” button
3) Fill out the on-line form including your VIC card number and school code # 7437
4) Click “Continue”, review your information and hit “Submit”


eScrip
eScrip has over 700 merchant partners, including Safeway, Macy’s s, Eddie Bauer, etc. Participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to Hearst.
1) Visit http://www.escrip.com/
2) Click “Sign Up”
3) Search for Hearst by group # 500020522
4) Click on “Hearst PTA” and the “Next”
5) Fill out the registration form and “Next”
6) Enter your grocery and other community cards and card numbers and click “Next”
7) Enter the credit cards and card numbers that you use to shop and click “Next”
8) Review your information and click “confirm” (note your supporter identification number)

One Cause/School Pop
One cause has 452 merchant partners including Target, JC Penny, LLB and eBay. Participating merchants contribute a percentage of your on-line purchases to Hearst.
1) Visit http://www.onecause.com/schoolpop
2) Click “Join Now”
3) Fill out the “create an account” page
4) Attach Hearst School ID # 173049 to your account

Box Tops for Education
Box Tops offeres easy ways to earn cash for our school through grocery purchases, shopping online, and purchasing books. There are a number of ways to participate:
1) Clip Box Tops and place them in the Box Top Education box on the
    PTA table. Hearst Receives 10 cents per box top!
2) Visit http://www.boxtops4education.com/ to shop at Box Tops Marketplace
    where up to 8% of qualifying purchases go to Hearst.
3) Purchase book online at Barnes & Nobel Box Tops Reading Program
    and Hearst will receive 6% of new book and 3% of all other online
    purchaces!
